I have just about completed a conversion inspired by the Cruzbike concept. However I'm interested to find out why most of the conversions I've seen have the front forks reversed. I did so on my prototype and found I simply could not get started when I first tried to ride it. I have since turned them back to the original trailling position and today tried to ride it firtst time, somewhat successfully by comparison. I would really welcome some advice or reasons for the trend. Cheers for now...Julian
