will my Giant ATX770 work?

I have a 15 year old Giant ATX770 mountain bike with 26" tires. It does not have any
shock absorbers/springs. Is the conversion kit compatible with my bike?

Too high of top tube for the seat pan.

I agree. Lovely bike, but no way to get the seat height under about 30".

Check out the frame from nyc bikes on ebay 16in. Item #350221983857 49$ with free shipping.This is the frame my conversion is on for the moment.25in seat hight ,and lightweight 4 lbs.Just use all the stuff off your old bike.Check out build #7 in the conversion brag board. Jack
