Will Schwinn Ditch 3.0 work as donor bike?

I am curious if anyone out there is familiar with the Schwinn Ditch 3.0. Would its frame style be compatible with the Cruz conversion kit? My main concern is whether the top horizontal frame member is too high for correct placement of the Cruz seat. There may be other aspects of the design that may make it unsuitable as a donor that I am unaware of.

This model is currently available at Costco for $199. It has dual disk brakes and 24 speeds. In the general biking community forums it gets mixed reviews.

+1 You could maybe leave the disc brake on the back, but the deal killer would be the mount on the fork and the seat height.

I believe the key element would be to have the seat as low as possible. Look how low the seat is on the Silvio. Maybe an inch or two above the axle line. A suggestion, if you can get a girl's framed donor bike I think you might be better off.
