Working back into it

It's been awhile folks. I hope everyone had a good riding season in the north and a good training season in the south. I managed 1 outdoor ride this season. It's been a long road of business, kids, and poorly timed off the bike injuries (shoulder and ankle at 4 month intervals).

I had to declare forum bankruptcy and mark all the thread I hadn't read as "read" just to get back into the swing of things. If you asked me a question in the last many months and I didn't answer and you are still looking for input @ratz me in the coming weeks in those threads and I'll be answering again.

Sebring is in the cross hairs again; the bikes are indoors and on the trainers. The leg/ankle is telling me I can start pedaling again this week and I can't wait to test it out. Stupid injury cost me a visit to the retreat this year.

I've got two T50's Red and Yellow screaming to get built (they are still in the boxes *sigh*) and a couple of Q's that need new owners.

Work is still be busy but I should be stopping by here 2-3 times a week to easy back into it. by December I should be back to being here daily minus some semi regular work travel.

Welcome back. Injuries are a nagging life annoyance. I am getting over a few injuries myself. I also have a Q that needs a new home. The forum missed you.

Glad to see you back Ratz! The tribe is stronger for your presence. Glad you are healing and praying it continues well.

Welcome back @ratz ... now probably we will have some more goofy videos of your bike rides and detailed bike builds!

Sebring is in the cross hairs again
I've been out of the picture too. Yes it would be great to train for Sebring again.
I got carried away on one of my bike creations but now the latest v20 incarnation adaptation has been configured... I just need to get on it and ride it. It's hill climbing season as well.
Iqsquared should be delivering the new power meter too which would be great for my shortened cranks.

And... of course "Happy to see you back"

Was wondering where ratz went to. From ratz to rojo, this is the best site to get help on all things Cruzbike. I myself have a lung issue that may or may not shut me down. Apparently, this lung issue is what is making it hard for me to climb hills.

For years I have been saying that my power is limited by breathlessness. Two weeks ago they told me I have COPD. That would explain it.

I will keep cycling. I still enjoy it, even though I know I will never catch Larry or Jason. Maybe I should build up my muscles by doing something anaerobic, like weight-lifting.

I hope it does not shut you down. Yes, climbing takes your breath away, nearly kills me. Maybe I should move to Holland. But I am not getting an electric motor. Not yet, anyway.
