23-24 lb is very impressive. I guess disc calipers and rotors, 11/40 cassette, 32c-38c tires, the headrest setup, and bottle cages do all add up! I will need to lose 5-6 lbs to make up the difference :)

Losing the half lb with the SRAM Red cassette was pretty cool to see, but the Jagwire Elite cable housing was a new and fun addition I had not seen. I am 6’3 and 172lbs and love to climb steady grades.
