Hello,

I know it might be a bit too far for most of you across the Atlantic, but you might be interested to join us in France for a week of touring and racing in the centre of France in July.
I thing the race program is particularly suited to good climbing bikes such as the Cruzbikes.

(it seems I cannot post links yet)

Registration's deadline: end of June!

Cheers

Thanks Marc: This looks like it would be pretty fun and a wonderful place to showcase the Cruzbike. Wish I knew someone in France near the event that could assist me.

Thanks ed72 for the edited link.

LarryOz: what kind of assist do you need? You know France, despite the appearances, is pretty easy to navigate and friendly ;-)

Nandax today is going to be about 100.4f today ... that is pretty hot. Well it should be quite an experience.

Maybe the heatwave blows its self out.

Need to think more about hydration. I bought some very interesting hydration glass capsules of aka modified sea water ... keeps all the minerals up to the required level without all that sugar. They were a bit expensive but if you are stressing the body so much... be kind to yourself. The capsules aren't bad as they don't make you feel sick and contain quite a bit of magnessium.

I hope so - we are at the beach in SC this week and expecting similar temp so, I guess it will be good for training!
