The seat height will be a little high, and you'll need to re-route the rear brake cable from on top of the top tube, unless you want to route it through the seat pan bracket.
My rule of thumb is the seat height should be no taller than about 3 inches less than your inseam length. Makes handling the bike easier at stops.
The suspension fork should work ok. The disc brake tabs may have to be removed to accommodate the FWD adapter brackets.
