WTB - Ventisit for Q45 - 3cm version

I am looking for a 3cm Ventisit cushion for the Q45.

These are not sold by Cruzbike, but rather by Ventisit directly. Ventisit sells it as their comfort version compatible with T50, S40 and Q45.

I am located in the USA.
