    V20c Build Diary 2023 edition.

As an alternative to your special skills as a painter, Have you used the clear Car bra auto protector material on any of your bikes? I installed some on my S40 on the forks to keep the paint looking good with the occasional rubbing of my legs. I did not install quickly enough and the black...

Tire pressure and wobble over 32mph

I have experienced the same Phenomenon. It's scary. I was on a V20 with Boyd wheels 25mm rear & 28mm front. I just sat up to increase wind resistance which reduced my speed. Losing control at 40mph is not on my must do list. However, I did have a conversation with Maria Parker. Her thought was...

Any suggestions for a part number for a replacement brake pad for the RideRever mechanical disk brake on an S40???

Can't seem to find a replacement for my S40 disk brake pads. Any suggestions or alternatives like SRAM/ Shimano pads that will work?? All the major brand pads are larger the RideRever pads, which don't have and Part numbers on them. Thanks Art

I have switch on all my Cruzbike to hot wax. Just visit Goodwill and pick up a used Crockpot. I just use hot (Boiling ) water to clean the chain. Cook the chain in the hot water for half an hour. The wax melts and floats to the surface of the water. Dry chain and then cook it in the hot wax for...

Welcome to the new spot to talk about ZWIFT

Just found the Forum. I am set up to use Zwift and also use TrainerRoad for the Training Plan workouts. Am still sorting out all the moving parts so everything works accurately. My cadence sems to understate the rpm. When I tried to use Ant+ and my garmin, it seems the RF interference might...

Total Dropout Width of the Front Wheel on the V20

I have a follow-up question. I have a 2015 hand painted V20. The front fork was replaced and I am using 135mm disk Wheel in the front. I currently have a 170mm skewer (measured from the inside of the QR face to the end of the threads) The threaded end cap is 15mm. Currently the skewer is just...

    V20 Adjustment Problems

For the life of me I can't get the Backrest to release from the frame. The two screws are loose. The front screw dropped down. The rear screw just extends upward. I have tried to nudge the Backrest rearward and then used a wood board and hammer. No luck. Anyone have any suggestions?

    Q45 Upgrades

Do you have any suggestions for those of us neophytes without 3D printers on how to make a wheel stop. Your solution is the absolute coolest thing I have ever seen someone make from scratch on a 3D Printer. I find that wheel swing is the one thing I continually have to contend with. I even have...

Q45 stock wheels/rims not tubeless ready

I am in the process of having some 650b wheels made. Parts are kind of hard to come by as everything seems to be out of stock. The rims will allow a tubeless tire to be mounted. I am planning on using 28 to 30 mm tires. I had a problem with the fenders. My back fender bracket at the bottom...
