sounds great! As an engineer, I can imagine a couple of ways to achieve this, one maybe would be replacement chainstays or perhaps some sort of screw in cups that can take a 30mm bottom bracket. Or a combination of both. Clearly the vendetta clamping on the bottom bracket cups is a solution...

left PEDAL has left hand thread. right pedal has right hand thread. Bottom bracket is the other way around. Left side is right hand thread (undoes anti clockwise). Right side is LEFT hand thread. undoes clockwise. write it on a tag and cable tie it to the pedal wrench

the tennis racquet bags look great! Added bonus is that when not on the bike and carrying them around they aren't all "wierd biker person" chic as panniers usually are.

have you still got the bike computer mounted assymetrically? I mounted my powertap little yellow computer right in the middle, with long cable ties going to each side of the handlebar clamp. Looks much better!

since the v1 frame is totally stripped, do you know how much it weighs? I'm thinking of a long term project of reproducing my v1.5 frame in carbon and wonder what the possible reductions are (without going through the pain of stripping down my frame including removing crankset).
