    I don't, but have seen videos of it online and yes it would be with the WiFIi mech. FWIW see below for an ultegra 'shadow' rear mech running a wolf link to give 23/46 & 40/46. Don't see why this cannot be done with a Red Etap rear mech providing it is a medium cage, although I'd probably go up...

    Not sure about the XTR, but I have SRAM Red Etap, this along with using a Wolf tooth road link with a short/med cage mech and you can go up to 40/42t.

    Hi Suz You need to take the disk brake mount off. I had the same issue when fitting my S40 to a Neo. You get the same thing with a V20 as well.

    You don't upend bikes - ever. :) What I do is to spend a minute undoing the bolts for the disk brake caliper and using a chain splitter tool, split the chain. Removing the wheel and putting it back on is so much easier doing these two things and it only takes a minute to reattach the chain...
