I'd consider a Ventisit pad... you will still have to clean the seat off from time to time but the pad is very easy to maintain.

This is the way I have mine mounted...using the stock mount and bands. The only problem I ran into was that from time to time I hit it with my belly as I went to get off the bike. This broke the plastic mount. I was able to fix it by using this kit...see below. Works great and is more...
