My bike is a V1 Cruzbike Sofrider, it is essentially stock. The title is misleading, since I live in Lenoir City, TN. -But Knoxville is the closest metropolis.

If you can open up the distance between top of seat back and grips and get your arms straighter you'll pull harder with less effort off your upper body.

I think from the documentation on the web site they are inclusive and it is a time based competition. They say on equipment that all must be on the same kind of bike. We'll approach them and will soon know.
