    Comparing Vendetta to DF speeds

Yes a smooth technique really helps uphill slippage. I reckon if you are a natural climber then it applies on all platforms. I have never learned to love hills. A failing. But rather fell in with the inherent strengths of the v with me. Easy but still cycling Going fast is addictive. So is...

    Comparing Vendetta to DF speeds

Power wise it is possible to match your power output despite being able to stand on the df. The vendetta is so good. But the df will always have around a 3-4 kg weight advantage. Which will be a small disadvantage to the v on steep ascents. And 8 %. And above low gear 300 w. And above =...

V20's are scary fast...or so I've been told

Air zound klaxon louder than a car horn and only to be used defensively. Tee hee Get out of the way dopey. When your polite bell is ignored or scoffed at give em the old $&@BAAARRRRP Wickedly satisfying for dolts a talkin on your favourite bike path.

Farther, Faster, Fitter, Fun - (4F - The unofficial Cruzbike training team and support group)

Yes when I change platforms back to df heart rate for same wattage is higher and it takes two weeks to acclimate for benchmark metrics. Luckily I don't often change platforms ;)
