TRP T860 Direct Mount Aerodynamic Road Brake

You could ride a horse for a few decades to improve your bowleggedness! :D Disc brakes would remove the calliper. For the amount that I use the rear brake I wouldn’t bother switching it over. Some production runs need improvising when switching. (eg. My s40 only fits 160 or larger rotors on...

You know you are a Cruzbiker When... You explain the advantages and particularities of Cruzbikes for a not insignificant portion of a 143 minute group meetup ride on Zwift to ATP Racing team members. And they ask questions. You make gingerbread houses with your kids and you start to make a...

    Possible Thor Seat for Vendetta??

“Remember this thread, no one has posted here for a while so I’ll post something so it is at the top of the recent posts list and more likely to be seen.” Nudge. “Hey, look here.”

Advice on Fit and Backrests/(seats) on Q559

You are welcome @Bikes&Banjos. 1) If you stand straight up and let your arms hang down that would be what I am calling parallel. I meant the upper arm pivoted at the shoulder so the elbow is slightly forward from parallel. Your position appears to be elbow rearward from parallel. 2) The...

Advice on Fit and Backrests/(seats) on Q559

With your arms that far back you will be putting your shoulder blades further back into the area where the top of the seat back is. For me arms just slightly forward of parallel to back is good. Also, I notice that Cruzbike has seat-back extenders that could be good for your height. (Not...

Are you a pusher or puller?

@chicorider I have 35-45 degree seat back angle bikes and that could make a difference. The tightening core, slowing, additional fatigue, etc. all sound very similar to the initial learning to ride - perhaps 1000km of riding no hands would make it not so fatiguing...:p No hands is certainly...

    Urban ride among traffic

Special dish served down under by Audrivers and international chefs. Also sometimes called roadkill in North America. Especially varied in flavours and varieties in Michigan.

Seeking to buy used T50 or sofrider (Purchase complete)

When you moved the seat forward it would have moved your hips forward. Did you extend the boom forward at that time? That will straighten your legs a bit and bring the knees down.

I was right: I was reading the chart wrong. :D

Here's why pedal-steer is smaller than you think

If I am understanding correctly I think the general leg force vector may be directed relatively parallel to the direction of travel (from hip to pedal centreline) making the pedal steer portion even smaller.

    Possible Thor Seat for Vendetta??

@LarryOz I like your initiative. If I had a v20 I would be even more interested. I thought you had the aero maxed out with the stock seat? That is, better than you will be able to get with a Thor seat. And how similar are the frame shapes for s40 and v20? Could the mold or part of it be...
