Nice bike! And likewise, is your pump/gauge doing funky things because of the less space afforded by the disc wheel in comparison to a spoked wheel with no restrictions above the valve?

Do you mean PVC pipe (PolyVinyl Chloride) - a kind of plastic pipe used in plumbing and electrical conduit and fittings.

Mine doesn’t see below freezing often, however I has seemed to never need any top up. I did check it a couple times in several years and never needed anything. Perhaps pressure was released for shipping?

What about using the laptop stand for the keyboard. Would that work? Or maybe clamp on bar ends. Make tray out of thin plywood with a lip on the bottom edge similar to a music stand and screw or bolt it onto the bar ends.

When I switch between my two pairs of shoes I noticed that with the same mountain bike pedals the difference the (bottom ? of the) shoe changed the clip in and so did cleat placement, though I tried to set them up exactly the same. . Years of wearing both shoes so that is not a factor.

Anyone done an Emeljay mod and has a spare fork-boom clamp?

Awesome! My mind is churning with all of the possible impacts on the forces of this simple modification. I am curious, @Postapocalypsia, did you move the seat back at the same time or did you ride it with the seat in the original location before doing that “mod”?

My Shimano pedals have a very small hex tension screw on the very front of the pedal. One on front and one on rear. They are small maybe 2.5mm or 3mm.

There are many locations for squeaks. The shock itself, its pivots, brakes pivots, cables, housings, levers, boom clamp, fork extension clamp, any of the front triangle pivot points, pedal to cleat, pedal bearings, dry no lube remaining on chain, chain against front derailleur, kick stand pivot...
