    S30 for Sale - SOLD

Purchaser it appears from a the pictures that the boom clamp that is between the bottom bracket and the headset may be upside down or the slider is upside down depending on how you want it set up. The slot in the slider should be aligned with the gap in the clamp so that the clamp puts its...

    Balance and Speed

My understanding is that speed wobble is when a vibration is magnified by harmonics of the frame or shall me part of the system. Our bodies are good at absorbing vibrations so since we have a large absorbing body attached via a large soft absorbing seat with not-locked arms on a not very...

Recent Trade-in ONLY 10 MILES ON BIKE Ready for a New Home

Hi @IndianaDave and welcome to the family. I think you might find it much easier with flared handlebars positioning the hands almost vertical. That works much better for me anyway. If you need a bar for mountain bike components there is one on the Cruzbike site or check out Soma Gator for...

Assioma DUO-Shi for Shimano pedal bodies

Are there any hacks for INEXPENSIVE mountain bike pedals or pedal bodies. Will these work with any of the Shimano mountain bike pedals? (The cheaper xpedo hack compatible pedals are still costly and have all been out of stock for a long time.)

What did you do to your Cruzbike today?

It is not a hack, at least not anymore. Assioma now sells a new version of their power meter pedal specifically for Shimano to which you add your own pedal body. New thread: Assioma DUO-Shi https://forum.cruzbike.com/threads/assioma-duo-shi-for-shimano-pedal-bodies.14258/#post-172250

    Cruzbike 3000 Mile Challenge 2021

Beds have legs so you don’t have to pedal when in bed. But you can if you like - it’s a free country. Then again if you live in the land of Gayle it is probably healthful to abide by the law of the land. (Thank you Gayle for sending Larry to be an ambassador to Cruzbikeria and Ultra-Cycleria so...

No, you can't make do with a short chain...

That’s because you can’t remember having more than one it was so long ago. After enjoying the first bit of my ride home in the same gear I decided to single speed it the whole way home. It was fun. I didn’t know I could pedal so quickly.

No, you can't make do with a short chain...

Yes, it should. but that would eliminate those gears from use with the small chainring as well.

No, you can't make do with a short chain...

If it ain’t broke, try again. I am using too short of a chain right now too. But I don’t have a derailleur on so that shouldn’t be as much pf a problem. And Didn’t someone try to cut the derailleur chain guide off at Sebring a few years ago and only realize what the noise was many, many...

All of the meeting points need to match so: -the new Larry’s chain stay fits your bb and the bearing clamp on your boom will fit, right? -A new fork would need to match the Larry chain stay with the derailleur hanger. -are there any different fork steerer tube diameters in use on these bikes...

Yes, it is! (was: Or maybe not (was: My Vendetta is a survivor (was: My Vendetta V1.0 is dying)))

So the vendetta derailleur hanger doesn’t match the v20 chain stay. Have you already checked the other side to see whether your fork will match the v20 hanger? More pictures might be required. I have a brand new 2019 s40 hanger that I could send but I don’t know if that will fit.

    S40 as a town bike?

Hey everyone, how do you lock up your s40? I usually try to bring my bike in but I have run into people not wanting to let the bike in and the s40 is significantly bigger than my small mtb conversion and my qx100.
