I'll let him make the call; but the Weight background is a good part of what he's doing; call it background.

    The Fred Thread

No No.... silly that's a "Doris" And Fred has changed a bit.... More recently, particularly in the US, a Fred is more often somebody with higher quality and more expensive cycling equipment than his or her talent and commitment would warrant. For example, a stereotypical Fred by this...

First rule of cycling; if you are not a pro; your kit should not match nor should it be color coordinated. This is a perfect helmet; wear it with pride.

    Bullhorn and Dropbar Options

Correct they are road dimensions. I'm currently working hard to get some bars in for testing that have 42,44,46 spacing, a negative 6 degree flare and in two flavors; 80mm reach and 100mm reach. These may go a long way to giving more leg clearance and the ability to have straight and powerful...

    Legs too short to flintstone

Farther, Faster, Fitter, Fun - (4F - The unofficial Cruzbike training team and support group)

Ok I think everyone that asked for a plan now has one set through Sept/Oct and just about everyone looks in good shape for June-August social riding; and dare I say Fall racing season; Plenty of small track races throughout the country to get your feet wet and have some fun. If I missing anyone...

Zwift - Cruzbike Activities (races and group rides)

General accepted theory; power output of average none heavily trained rider is about 15% lower on a Recumbent do to horizontal breathing overhead. It's a generalization; that appies less to the high end athlete. This is relative to the speed you'll go for the power applied. Hills not...

Zwift - Cruzbike Activities (races and group rides)

We can then have a private Cruzbike event where we offset all the Watt/kg by 15% to account for the recumbent effect.

Zwift - Cruzbike Activities (races and group rides)

I was going to film it for you ; but each time you would go from warm up; to event module; and then race; it would lose you so I gave up. Tacking didn't like that funky start format

    It's Mallet Season

I can neither confirm nor deny what might be available in the future in performance upgrade bundles..... Bikers would never upgrade their rides to go faster.
