@Randy, (I'm not the seller) but I wanted to say Good luck with purchasing and thank you for helping clean up the old Market Place postings. Hopefully the original posters can update them in response to you indicating either a pending sale with you or "sold" and add "sold" to the title. I'm...
@NeaL with the PBs you have got you should be getting 2 shirts. More than a minute PBs several times! And jumping into TTs without any experience, training, etc. My hat is off you you.
@RojoRacing must be the founder of the local Optimists' club. It doesn't seem to work that often for me... and your hills are quite likely longer. But that won't stop me from continuing to try nor to continue riding a heavier bike. If I go faster then great, if not it is training.
@DocS @Don1 Have to find a faster group otherwise it will just be a walk in the park instead of a ride!
Maybe you should get a Q or T instead and weight it down with rocks...just to make it more even.
That’s what I love about you people. In 10 years or so when you are ready for a new bike and I can afford it then I can buy it used from you and it will still be brand new.
I didn't get pictures so it didn't happen.
So yesterday what didn't happen was I brought out the Conversion Kit (in my avatar) instead of the QX100. That is because it does not have a flange (lawyer lips) where the rear axle nut goes so I am able to mount my trailer hitch there. So I used...
@Andrew Wilson Can you please stop making your bike look so good? It's really mean of you to take the previous generation and make it look so good, function so well, and add little improvements with such high frequency. ;)
@ElyDave,
Glad you weren't hurt worse but Wow a Major Bummer! Makes you wishing even more that
In all seriousness I wish we could do away with bike accidents - they happen all too frequently.
And he/she gets to share that shell with the other rider back and forth to share a sweating coffin. Records are good and all but that doesn't sound near as fun as riding around and enjoying the SEEnery whiz by on a Cruzbike. (My view of the speeding sweat coffin tinted by jealousy of 5...
@bouncem I sent you a PM. Where are you located? Are the original bars included?
Separately, that stand is really neat. You made it I presume? Can you show a few more pictures and describe how it works?
Cheers,
Ben.
Anyone coming from the north and interested in carpooling? (I'm hoping I can ride with someone at least part of the way - I don't have means to offer rides.) I would be coming from Hamilton, Ontario. Hwy 401 and Interstate I75 mostly. If so send me a private message.
Do photos count if they are fuzzy? :p Only if they are pictures of a fuzzy wuzzy bear. :emoji_bear: Recognizing that most of my pictures turn out fuzzy too - and that Fuzzy Wuzzy wasn't fuzzy was he?
Extra points to those who know the rhyme. Pat yourself on the back.:D Or if you stand up and...
How did you ride? Did you sit "in the bag"? Did you switch the handlebar backwards for that trip alone? Are you using a regular size shock? Doesn't that change the seat height and handling significantly?
@Bentas,
You have turned your bike from a paper mache duct-tape-forever beauty-in-function to a work of art. I love the look especially the red highlights to the metallic frame tricks the eye into seeing an arrow rather than being drawn to the joints.
How did you get the Coroplast to curve...
