    Sweaty back?

I get a sweaty back my Silvio. I don't really notice it until I stop and get off the bike and then sit back on it before I dry. This isn't on a Cruzbike (it's on a velomobile), but I thought this was interesting. http://www.bentrideronline.com/messageboard/showthread.php?t=96078

Andrew, if you put out that Andrew, if you put out that much power on a Silvio, I'm guessing your average would easily be in the 20's.

    Vendetta 2.0 unboxing and build

That's a good idea about That's a good idea about storing tubes, etc inside the frame - as long as they don't slide down into a hard to reach place. I'd hate to have to shake my bike upside down trying to retrieve whatever I stored in there!

I lost 25 pounds (all I I lost 25 pounds (all I needed to lose) when I started cycling and eating healthier foods a few years ago. I think Cruzbikes are great and I can't imagine riding anything else now that I've found them, but honestly, any bike can help you lose weight. Of course...

Prepping a Q for Bike Sebring

2 things two things come to mind: 1) I'm not sure what time of year this event is, but if you will be wearing suncreen, bring a small bottle so you can reapply. Twice on centuries I've wished I had some to reapply. It doesn't take much to rub it off when you are all sweaty. Maybe also...
