What are the gear sets you guys are running?

I look forward to once again being a sub par slow rider on my bike of choice without having to change bikes nor lose fitness. Bring on the hard core guys.

I think that is universal to all of us; I just make sure you understood that all of us (event the drum better, me) feel a little silly practicing. Then I watch my kids taking 3-4 years to learn to properly handle a bike and I feel less silly......

Set them up in the garage to ensure we can power the kickrs off of the truck for next weekend's adventure.

Practice that. I was taken aback at the retreat when @Lief, who has many many more miles on his Cruzbike than I do; was surprised to see me riding sitting up with my torso going one way and the bike the other. I believe the phrase went something like "Huh, I never thought about doing that" so...

I was thinking the same thing the two silver metal plates that are mounted to the leaf springs are different. one of them has a depression that the rubber dampener goes into and the other one is flat. My guess is that the two Silver squares are transposed and that is messing up the spring action.

Marketing for the win.... (I was there too before doing the research and talking to some builders) With a good quality spoke they are really equal The J-Bend is easier to fix and you can also use a "temp" spoke if doing long distance riding.
