Diet: Low Carb and Ultra Cycling

Yeah I have been thinking we need to delete that photo from this thread or post enough to move it back a page. We had Seattle Salmon last night and the leftovers are calling from the fridge every-time I see that photo.

I have one of those; doesn't work on 11speed chain. I asked Kelley but he's not really interested in making a 11sp version or a true 10 sp version. I should probably mail mine to @RojoRacing racing, probably take him 2 minutes to look at it and make an 11sp version.

    Q-ring/front derailleur issue

The Yaw front derailleur is actually one of the easiest to install and setup; especially with Qring. BUT it's completely different than a normal derailleur. Out of the box new; if you follow the instructions exactly it's pretty easy to get it correct. However re-doing one or reinstalling one...

    Converting QX100 to NuvinciN360

Ok so having used a N360 for 2.5 years on a CT700; you will encounter one main problem without the tensioner (I know I tried a lot to get that pure setup). The QX100 uses a vertical style dropout; and to run without a chain tensioner the hub is expecting a single-speed style horizontal dropout...

Triple front derailler for Sofrider V2

Another trick you can use if your derailleur cage is a bit too short; is to use a shim to push it backwards a bit http://www.artscyclery.com/Rotor_QXL__Q-Ring_Front_Derailleur_Spacer_Shim_Kit/descpage-RTQFSK.html It's not cheap and it only buys you about 3-5mm of clearance depending on the...

    Large or standard ?

Hi Niko, Welcome. To get as high as an M5 at 42" x-seam you'd need a Large. I'm at 40.5" and my feet aren't that high. There is no official sizing chart for the new V20's but the one for the 2.0 Puts you outside the intended usage of the old design but the new one is much more adjustable...

Spring Time - Learning To Ride Time

I was thinking the same thing; since this is a new to you Silvio and the reach seems long, you might need to check the initial measurement. Most beginner like the bike boom set too short; too long is hard for even the experienced to ride. See this document; the very last page (10) has the...

    Shine on you crazy diamond

Standard trailer music for Apple iMovie. If I recall it was a custom piece composed by Edward White and recorded by the London Symphony Orchestra in 2010. First available in iMovie11. Works well for a lot of stuff. The chanting is Latin.

    Minneapolis Silvio

Please confirm that chain is not passing through the rear derailleaur in that picture; IF it is going through the derailleur then it is way way too long. You need to disconnect that master link and un-thread the chain from the derailleur and mount it on big/big to do the sizing. Those "one...

Look for Cashew Milk; unsweetened usually by the same label. Tastes even better than the almond milk.

Quest 1.0 upgrade query - Brakes

180 might be tight on the front on the old Q1 you might have to file a bit. I find 160 front, 140 back is plenty for a Quest. I find that any more than a 140 on the back of a Quest leads to back wheel lockups and on a Recumbent that's a bad thing unless you enjoy going sideways down a hill...
