    Tom, On my Climb to Kaiser, I took electrolyte tablets in addition to the gu and gels (my stomach would not handle solid food!) That definitely helped to prevent cramps! I took about 2 an hour, which seemed to do the trick.

    The recommended speed limit is for cars. as long as the road is fairly dry and there is no gravel, you can do probably 30-40 mph if you are feeling adventurous :o , though you might see Maria's post about her little accident taking a corner too fast. :shock:

    Thanks Jack, I have reclined it a little more, and it is better! Where would one get the handlebars that I see on the Softrider and on some of the other conversions? Dan

    Mark B. I have already sold my Rans V2, and am seriously considering selling the Strada. I did lay back the seat more and found it much more comfortable. I would be interested in comments on how to upgrade the seat cushion, as it is a little on the hard side ;) I also have about 3 people...
