    Very nice! Just remember to cover and seal the top opening of that 1.5 inch pipe/boom/steerer. Otherwise water will get to the bottom bracket and cause wear. Is that a 50T narrow-wide chainring? I wonder how much the bike weighs as shown.

    This is really an excellent way to build a cheaper alternative to an S40. Just 700c wheelset, then add nice flared road drop bars, position the seat at between 35 and 40 degrees and voila !     Lets post any nice techniques and ideas on how to stabilise your bike when parked or when walking it and stop the front end from flopping. I came across this one on youtube that uses a bungee cord, looks like a nice simple solution.

    I think you can buy third party Narrow-Wide chainring 46T or 48T, even 50T e.t.c for 1x systems. You can also go for a 10-42 cassette or a third party (Sunrace e.t.c.) 11-46 cassette. In theory it should work but I have not tried it. Here are example chainring models...
