Well they gave me the questionnaire and asked me what I wanted... I will be amazed too. I have done so many kickstarter projects that have never made it and never got my money back. Re speedx and xshifter. So if IQSquared performs.... its party time.
Entombed in a shell with just a little monitor to see where he is going and doing +80kph and sweating profusely... let's hope he doesnt get a short.
Ebikes cheat because there is an external power source.
The beauty is where man can extend himself thru engineering to be one of the most efficient forms of transport. Ditto. It's all about man power. So I expect the hour record will be well broken.
Forget GCN rider ... sponsor the guy riding...
Let's open up a bag of worms.... you just have to look at all these big crit races to see how dangerous competitive cycling can be and that is with just light carbon uprights. Do you really want the freedom to mix it in a peloton of bikes doing 50kph for an hour or more? I guess UCI might be...
S40... when you stop commuting, you can use it as a race bike.
It has a higher resale value too as demand for it is higher than your other options.
You can use it off road with bigger tires so you can have more fun.
:D:rolleyes:
Emmm if its blowing hard... mountain bike on the trails. Good for the bones. If I'm doing 13% gradients I use the road bike. Otherwise it's the Vendetta. I think it's good to change disciplines
I watched the video a second time and enjoyed it more. Quite incredible how you pieced all the video together. It must have taken days. I noticed that you have a watch wrapped around the handlebars. You are just interested in heart rate? Just wondered what type of meter you used? Were you using...
Wow... fantastic ride. Those powernaps really work. Just two hours sleep after all that riding and your still smiling. Even with that horrible front puncture. Amazing. Well done. Time to get fit for 2023 I say.
Emmm totally nuts. Good job that mountain is no where near me... makes me totally nervous just watching that ride. More interesting is the speed and effort it takes to get up the mountain.
You might want to put some black silicon sealant between the neck rest support tubes and the bike frame. Stops sweat and rain from getting into the hollow frame. Earlier Vs had this feature.
Yes.... I read the other day that Mike has written a book about Recumbent bikes... knowing that he is such a great enthusiast it's probably a good idea to buy it.
