Achieving the same crank height as another bike may not yield the same results you are looking for. The power position on a Cruzbike is not the same as other RWD recumbents and the relationship of seat to crank height is important - not just for power output but sight line and handling. Robert

Use 140 front and rear. You have to use 140's in the back as there is barely enough clearance for that size rotor and a 160 will not fit. On the front 140 is plenty of stopping power for the V20 and anything more is in my opinion complete overkill. Robert

The TRP Spyre will not work on the rear of the V20. The placement and width of the unit will contact your spokes. It MAY work with your wheels IF they have a smaller flange on the hub. It depends on that and the cross pattern of the spokes for clearance. Just a heads up. Robert

You have pretty much come very close to recreating a V1 Silvio there in my opinion.

You can get as low a gear as you can maintain speed on before falling over, but in my experience any gearing - no matter the chainring/cassette combo - under 1:1 is too low and at that point the bike becomes hard to handle and you simply have to get stronger. Or walk.
