You must be riding something slower than Strava has an as average for the actual power to be higher than their estimate when not user power. Since I ride a recumbent, their estimate is always way high if I don't ride with my power meter.

If the patches are not big enough - just layer them . most of them are sticky backed and will layer nicely. I have had to layer 6 of them before.

Rob, keep the Tegaderm on for now, even if you don't have the Silvadine. Just make sure the wound is really clean so it won't get infected and put the Tegaderm back on it. Idea is to keep it all moist so a scab won't form. Some versions of these patches have a Silvadine type ointment embedded...

Rob, you have it backwards - you don't want it to scab over. The Tegaderm (with Silvdine ointment) keeps the wound wet all all time and lets the new skin grow up through it. It seems like a mess - but it works. Done right, you never scab over and never scar, and heal up 3 times faster. You could...

Glad you are OK man! Ouch - been there and done that - get some Silvadine ointment on it yesterday! That is one of the very few downsides to recumbents - (you cannot bunny hop over stuff like this) - plus a little harder to see in the reclined position!

Super cool - don't you love how they ride in the middle to the left of the road - like they are saying "no one's going to pass us, so we can hog the road!" - way to blow by them - especially love the last guy trying to get up to you - haha!

Gosh - I just thought there were more bent riders in US than that! haha Now is Zwift could just give us a Cruzbike to ride! :rolleyes: I'd be happy with the "big wheel" bike if it has the aero of the V20!

Just think how cool this would be if Zwift would ever get a Cruzbike on their list of bikes! Having a couple bent teams can only help that become a reality!

The rules say as long as you stay in the same class you can change. i.e - If you ride an upright stay on an upright, etc. If you are on an upright you cannot change to a bent, or a velomobile, etc. Ideally you stay on the exact same bike, or something really close, and learn how to make that one...

I am not sure how much higher an S40 standard when compared to a V20, but I put my seats all down and roll my V20 in from one of the side doors (maybe need to be at a slight angle. Then lay it against the side and attach it there with a couple bungee cords. That way it never has to even lay...

Yup - this is fair (a total bike change from upright to bent would not be - and would require a similar process to when someone changes a course) - but - yeah - put some wheel covers on, change shoes, put a skin suit on - at this point some of us are looking for minute changes to help us out. :)...
