    Nohands riding and starting.

Pretty impressive. Amazing control and balance. I think it will become increasingly hard the more laid back you are in the seat.

    Cruzbike Vendetta V20

I am in the same situation where I live. I have to haul my bike to ride, so I ride and train on my KICKR trainer during the week in my garage with videos to watch and music to listen to. It ends up being great because weather does not affect the ride and the illusion of actually riding outside...

Is my KICKR kicking the bucket??

I have have my KICKR now for about 3 years and have probably put between 1500-1800 hours on it, so it has been used very regularly to say the least. On July 7, 1933, a Frenchman, Francis Faure set a One-Hour record of 45.055 km (27.996 miles) that was faster than the conventional bicycle record at that time. This caused controversy in the world of cycling as Faure was considered a "second-category" cyclist, but his recumbent bicycle had...

    HITT training on a Cruzbike

Brook - it looks like you must have cut off part of your sentence. I am not sure how HITT training is at burning fat. From my experience that kind of interval training will burn off all the glucose in your muscles. It will help your top end strength and VO2 Max - not sure about burning fat...

2018 V20 Coming Down the Line

That is a cool idea Slim. I know Bob has a list of everything on the RAAM V's. Actual signatures would be the hardest to do. However everyone could digitally sign a doc, and then someone nice stencil with adhesive vinyl could be cur out and applied. That is how I created the lettering on my CF...

    sealing Schwalbe Pro One Tubeless

I hate those boogers. If they get too big and break off, then they spin around in your wheel when you ride!

2018 V20 Coming Down the Line

Agree - It is a thing of beauty. It is fast just sitting there, and faster when you ride it!
