    Vendetta V2 frame sizes

To the best of my knowledge the frame did not come in different sizes, only the chainstay length. I think 19" was the standard length and I think there was a shorter one and a really long one.

Oh No !! Didn't See This Coming

Ouch - Yes - it won't be long before the other side breaks due to the added stress. Welding aluminum is a fine art and the area is so small - I just don't know if I could trust it even if welded because the area around a weld usually is also compromised because of the heat. Might be time to...

    recommendations for tire liners?

I had flats a lot until I switched to tubeless - only 2 flats in 5 years and neither led to a fall. I cannot say enough about them. Nice wide tubeless tires with low pressure - now way to get pinch flats since no tube. I built a set of wheels for someone this year and used Vittoria inserts -...

    S40 on Wahoo Kickr Snap

The newer rollers are tapered to the middle so they are not nearly as dangerous or hard to ride as they used to be decades ago. That being said - I have been able to mount my V20 on a Wahoo Snap, and my friend Andrew rides his daily on the Snap. I still like the wheel off scenario , but...

Calling all Cruzbikers to hang out this fall. I have created a couple of new events near Savannah, Ga. during the weekend of Sept 13-14. Question: 2021 S40 adding a Thor Seat...How did you attach the seat at the top?

I am working with Thor right now to produce one of his seats that will fit the S40 and V20 frames perfectly. It should be very similar to the one with the wide shoulders he is selling now. I sent him a frame several months ago - I am hoping to have a prototype to show off very soon.

My Very First Recumbent is a V20

Hard to tell - I really like to see your legs with the pedals at 3 & 9 o'clock to see how extended your leg is and bent the knee is on the back-stroke. From what I see here - you knee is already bent at almost 90 degrees, which should be the maximum bend at the full back-stroke. This indicates...

    Cassette

You remove the wheel from the front and the cassette will be attached to it like it would on any upright bike you ever owned. You will need a cassette removal tool like this one.

    Ventisit 2cm or 3cm?

I hate to throw a monkey wrench into this thread, but I do not think Cruzbike offers both thicknesses of the Ventisit pad. Perhaps they did in the past, but it does not appear to be available now. I think all they have is the 2cm one - although it does not state that in the desc of the item...

    Headrest on S40

I prefer the standard as it fits me nicely. I am 5'7". It all depends on if you can get a good fit or not with the standard. It seems that the taller you are the more the suspension adj works better. The really nice thing about the sus adj on is the ability to adj and aim the pad to the back of...

    300 miles with a V20c

Great report - You will keep increasing in ability and speed over the next 1000 miles - If you are speed junky like some of us, then you will start component adjustments to maximize your speed to power ratio.

    S40 Gen6 seat adjustment

I fabricated a lumbar support and taped it to the seat - this also helps a little with slippage - but if you find you are really slipping all the time you might have your BB out a little too far and as you are "reaching to pedal" you might be pulling yourself down via your pedal stroke. I would...
