Nice! On the Q bikes doing a steer tube trim for a finer fit can make for much better handling for sure. Same for the S40 though there is much less steer tube exposed. V20 and V20c folks - it is what it is - no room there for any trimming. ☺️

For tires, my mantra has always been "grip / speed / durability - pick two" but you can never get all three.

Just remember for all the climbs up to the other side - once at the top - those miles are free.

I have a Q45 outfitted with the 24" wheels in Portland Oregon. 971-337-5685. That would do the trick for the fit. The main thing is being able to reach the ground at a stop.
