I echo @Tulose about the stock seat. I have tried a Thor seat and find the stock seat fits me a bit better. To each his and her own, but I'd put a good bit of mileage and fitment time on the stock set up before switching.

Right. Any of the Hollowtech cranks cannot be shortened, which is why Bikesmith uses Sram cranks. I have a pair of Sram Apex cranks, shortened to 155 by Bikesmiths that I'm not using. Let me know if you're interested.
