I have had a few people ask how the complete builds get shipped. Here is a fun video packing a V20 for shipment. Same crate holds the S30 and coming soon - an option to have your Quest pre-built and shipped the same way.

Elliott. Glad to see that you are OK. Keep us posted on the insurance issues - and given the miles you have on that bike and the nature of the crash - even just looking at that one picture - I would consider that bike a loss. Too much could have been damaged there beyond the obvious. Heal well!

This is key and should get you very close. It takes a while to really dial in Q's so they are right. It took me about a full season of default riding and trying a few holes before and after.

Abbot, What calipers are you using out of curiosity? If you want a great feeling brake the TRP hybrid cable/hydraulic is a great break with good modulation.

The Sweep OS bars work very well. The Salsa Woodchipper bars are what I am using personally - with 1.5" cut off each end.

Abbott, A triple is not going to work the way you want on your V20 no matter what you do. You have far better (and easier) options to get some low end. The setup with a double and a super wide converted cassette is the way to go. Sorry all, but triples and the performance Cruzbikes are not a...

You may need to dial that headrest just a bit. You will have to unbolt the seat at the base, and remove it. Then use a #3 allen to loosen a bit the two scissor jacks. Then you can move the headrest in or out just a bit. :-) Robert

Excellent! I am very pleased that the fit is close - building up for a customer is always a bit of guesswork if they will fit out of the box. Remember as you get used to it to do a bit of fine adjustments - xseam, handlebar position, etc can all be changed. Just remember to loosen the ring...
