For those who had hip impingement surgery (fai), are fully reclined bikes the way to go?

Not sure I can answer your question, but I developed pain in my left hip when riding my S40/V20 on my smart trainer until I added pedal extenders. No more pain since.

    Headphone Prohibition

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get the Noxgear 39g external speaker with mic to work with Discord that way I had desired. It may just be that I am not smart enough. I'm trying to figure out how to automatically mute the mic when I am not speaking without having to fiddle with a keyboard...

High Speed Rolls Over Low Drag, Tying the Series 4-4

Low Drag...Beaten but not beaten down! We live to fight another day! Lessons learned: Don't do leg weight training before the race. Expect the best (8 riders) but mentally plan for the worst (not 8 riders). And most importantly, CHOOSE TO HAVE FUN NO MATTER WHAT! We did the best we could...

Sport/Cycling Watches: Why you bought the one you did?

I am interested in getting a new watch but there are so many to choose from I’m somewhat overwhelmed and fearful of overspending and/or getting something I don’t really need. I have an iPhone 15 pro max ultra and Garmin 1050 Solar currently so I could go Apple or Garmin or…? I have developed a...

    High Praise for High Speed

"One of our riders was still watching Oprah reruns when the race began." I was hoping for a new car notice under my seat!!! I was only 2:30 behind when I finally got back into Zwift. Sadly, no car notice was found and my tardiness just may have given High Speed the extra boost they needed to...
