By moving up here, you wouldn't have this problem in January ;-)

    S30 Rear Triangle Noise

Alexis, the diameter of the elastomer part should be bigger than the one of the plastic disk. Look at my photo compared to yours. Initially I had it the wrong way too. But I would be surprised if this is the cause of the misalignment.

    S30 Rear Triangle Noise

When you take it apart, you should measure the hole spacing. Have a look on post #5 over in Bob's build dairy on BROL http://www.bentrideronline.com/messageboard/showthread.php?t=104477&highlight=Silvio+build

    S30 Rear Triangle Noise

Looking closely at the photos I have the impression that the cause of the misalignment might be the Ti spring blade length. Could you measure its length and confirm with Robert Holler?

    Presta with the Grizzlies

To avoid that mess I carry a re-useable Ty-rap with me. I turn the Silvio up-side-down, put the Ty-rap around the fork and the chain-stay, so that the derailleur hanger cannot fall out off its location. This makes the whole operation much easier. Unfortunately if you let the Ty-rap in place the...

    Slow Ride

would really like to see another CB in the Quebec City area. Unfortunately there are very few (if any) CBs in eastern Canada. Maybe some PR (or retailers) would help to improve distribution in this region.

    Metric vs imperial measurers

correction: here in Quebec (Canada) body mass is still expressed in pounds, body height in foot and inches and the weird unit of temperature, Fahrenheit created by a German (Daniel Gabriel Fahrenheit in 1724) still applies to recipes and pool water temperatures. And ''standard'' bolts have...

    V2 vs V.20

Evolution is a necessary process, and its traceability is paramount. Engineering should always follow the rules of ISO 9001, even in a small company, otherwise it will be very difficult to handle spare / replacement parts. Hoping I'm wrong, but for the moment I have the impression, the whole...
