There's a lot to be said for a lighter touch on the handlebars. I found that 'for me' on long, gradual, increasing climbs, and rollers, it helps to consciously tell myself to relax my upper body and let me legs to the majority of the work. There is a point where I have to engage my upper body...

I have a 2021 S40 with disc brakes, mounted to a 2018 Kickr and have no issues. I did have to remove the handle for clearance. Update: I now have a Kickr V.6 and have no issues...just didn't attach the handle. Love the Kickr V.6.

I may have resolved my problem. I put electrical tape on the bottom of the top half of the seat where it contacts the bottom half and also added some rubber gasket where the top of the seat contacts the frame. So far so good.

I have the New Adjustable Carbon Fiber Seat and Headrest and was wondering if anyone else has problems with the seat constantly creaking? I have all of the bolts properly tightened but every time I get on/off the bike or move from side to side, it sounds like a pond full of frogs croaking...

I'd consider a Ventisit pad... you will still have to clean the seat off from time to time but the pad is very easy to maintain.

This is the way I have mine mounted...using the stock mount and bands. The only problem I ran into was that from time to time I hit it with my belly as I went to get off the bike. This broke the plastic mount. I was able to fix it by using this kit...see below. Works great and is more...
