If you are spinning 90+ on average, you should give some 150mm cranks a try - You will be amazed at how much less movement your legs will have both up and down and in and out.

Many riders find shorter cranks are better for bent riding. Personally going from 175 down to 150 help alleviate my knee pain, spin up faster, and be more aero. There really is no down side that I can see. You do not loose leverage or power and I have tested this various ways. I have tested...

Day #7 finally processed. My Garmin Virb camera and battery was acting up and did not capture nearly as much video as I would have liked for the last day. :(

Better than 4000' climb to end a long day. That is what day #2 had - it was tough!

Day #2:

I might have been riding already when I switched the camera on, or the data might not be quite sync'd up. Not sure what my resting is these days, maybe 50'sh. But we are also busy hauling stuff, loading stuff, etc for a good 30 minutes before we even ride - so HR always up some before riding anyway
