I'm so lazy and I love local bike shops. So it's $12 for the brake part and they guy start explaing how to use the pressure to pop the parts off and I say "can you just do it?" and $5 later it's done. Man... what kind of world is it when a guy doesn't have time to put his own brake lever on...

Also, I was thinking how cool it would be to take people on the back of the bike and do photography of all my runner friends in a 'tour de france' style with the photographer sitting backwards. :)
