Larry or Jim might know or you can ask him on BROL; he's a quiet poster only 107 since 2014 you can safely assume he's on his bike and not his keyboard. If his Strava profile is accurate then he's in the bracket 35-45 based HR zones. We can make a closer guess based on data but really just go ask him; that's polite, faster and more precise. Then again there are days Larry's data makes him look 32.How old is Jesse?
Haha - ya - today - my body is telling me it's about 80 after that crash last night! More to come on that.. Got video of the crash...Then again there are days Larry's data makes him look 32.
Haaaa ... I better stop wearing my Vite Racing top. Funny world. The odd thing is I ordered my Cruzbike jersey a week ago!I see that and stand corrected.
Well, whatever they call themselves - this means war - so get ready for some more great competition.
What is the white dustpan looking thing on the back of Jim's V20?
Fantastic race everyone. The video was awesome. Mr. Ratz, will your training regimen have me riding with these guys next year?
It will make you cuse when you do these (see photo)
Mark, not outrageous. Heck not more than 2 years ago I was just riding an upright Hybric back and forth to work, and I was 30+ pounds heavier. Nothing crazy - I could never keep up with the "fast" crowd all that well. I even raced Critiriums on a road bike for a summer back in 1986. I never made it out of cat3. Partly I think it was because I did not know how to train. Partly I think the recumbent platform just seems to "fit" me better. Chances are good that I'm not out of anybody's league. Mostly I train like a mad-man and stick to the program like glue, especially when it hurts. I'l' bet most people, if they mimicked what I road daily would be pretty close.Sounds like fun. I need some structure. Social rides don't get you fitter.
BTW, I was joking. I'll never be in Larry or Jim's league. Those guys are outrageous.
OK - My account is public now bob.Note I wanted to grab larry's raam workout but his account is flagged private;
It was a little "fairing" for lack of a better word - to channel the airflow around the water bottles behind his neck rest.What is the white dustpan looking thing on the back of Jim's V20?
Larry, being made of steel, seems to enjoy crashing.Maybe Larry could widen his handlebars a little and stop crashing.
It does say a lot to the design of the Vendetta. Had it been a $12k Carbon DF the injuries would be a lot worse and quite a big hole in the pocket.Larry, being made of steel, seems to enjoy crashing.

Believe me when I tell you that Jim and Larry's check books are in different universes.It seems like its time for Cruzbike to take a trip over to the A2 wind tunnel (link here). It is right next door in Mooresville and really not that expensive for Jims or Larry's pocket books. It could answer a lot of aero questions about the bike/ position and gear. Maybe Larry could widen his handlebars a little and stop crashing.

It is officially known as the "Jim's dustpan" now. Also good for cleaning up the dust you kick up when you fly by your competitors!
As far as a wind tunnel: I'm looking at it
Jesse just told me that he turned 35 this July.How old is Jesse?
