I have had several Cruzbikes and have used many different carrying solutions - take it apart, put it in the back, Thule fork mounts with adapters (had to loosen the brake assembly each time) and a couple of rear hitch mounts. I finally found the dream solution from Alta Racks! I went back and forth with their team sending measurements of my V20 and then finally ordered it. We needed extra long bolts to get the kick out for the rear tire to fit correctly and I ordered some foam to support the front wheel in the basket but this thing is solid and the bike gets in and out very easily. Removing the safety bolt you can lower the rack and remove the bike with minimal effort.
Their larger racks could be equipped to handle several Cruzbikes. I would expect some tweaking to support variations on the Cruzbike frames, but the V20 is probably the most challenging because of the slim gap between the frame and front wheel.
Here’s the foam I ordered: Foamzz by Big UGGLY High-Density Foam Panels, Closed-Cell Insulation Foam Pads, Black, 12" X 12" X 1" (2 Pack)

Here are the twist ties: Zip Ties Assorted Sizes(4”+6”+8”+12”), 400 Pack, Black Cable Ties, UV Resistant Wire Ties by ANOSON

(I had some old transparent tubing lying around that I threaded the twist ties through to prevent the twist ties from tearing the foam.)

It appears that the tariffs have already impacted the pricing since I bought it a few weeks ago, but this thing is very well designed and a very high quality build. The company has lots of online resources and their team was very helpful.
