I have a newer style (inside the BB cups) 19.5 quick release Chainstay, a front Derailleur Stalk (non-pully version), and the Chainstay clamps that hold it all together.

Joe, I'm interested. I'd love to hear from others about what length changes you have made for your chainstay, and how one length performs compared to others. I'm 6'2", Xseam 44", and just bought a 2018 Q45 Gen 1. In addition to changing my leg position, I think I can fit wider tires or even larger wheels if I get a longer chainstay.
