Knee pain.
When your knees hurt, shift down. When your chest hurts, shift up. That's unrealistically simple but better than hurting in the middle of a ride.
I find my right knee hurting (front outside) when I try too hard and wind up mashing rather than spinning. The not often spoken benefit of the Quest as a trainer is that you have to spin.
Also not mentioned in this thread, everyone is clipping-in their clipless pedals and cleated shoes, right? One cannot spin on platform pedals.
