Recent modifications:
I moved the vertical tubes of my Performance Adjustable Headrest to the outer position yielding two benefits. The Race Cage can be brought in closer without my headrest hitting the tubes and water bottle holders can be attached. This probably smooths airflow from the shoulders to the case. A bonus is that I can put my bottle speaker in there.
With the wider stance you can make a hammock-style headrest like @Frito Bandito
