Uhmm... About the 2 nm on the crank clamps at the BB housing on the V20. My V20 is approaching its 5-yr birthday, so allowing for wear, tear and fatigue, I would say that It definitely needs grease on the mating surface of each clamp to crank housing, but Instructions from the original video from Robert were to tighten clamps equally on either side so there is about a credit card of space between the clamp and the mount then tighten until snug. Once snug then 1/4 turn. That is all that it really needs. I gave the torque (2 nm) a shot after reading this and the resulting "Ping!" was the sound that indicated that I was needing a new clamp. These clamps are cast aluminum, and they don't need to be too tight to do their job correctly. 2nm isn't much, but in my case, it was more than one of the clamps could handle.
