ah yes! this took me a while but found a solution last spring. Ge this:

with these 2 pieces and the top piece from cycliq hardware was able to mount w/no issues

Cruzbike sells an L-shaped adapter that fastens to the bottom bracket area. Combine with a stub and a cycliq mount works well.
Shown here with the stub cut down a smidge.
2022 Vendetta V20c with carbon fiber front end
I spied on the Cruzbike blog a close-up of the boom holding the bottom bracket. It seems the fin for holding lights, cameras, or other accessories has been deleted. In its place there's a couple screw bosses for attaching things. Is Cruzbike planning an accessory to go there...
