If the Vendetta V2.0 has a yellow frame and the BIG Boom of 51mm OD, built from Aug 2012 to Dec 2014, then the official max with mudguard is 700*25, so with a bit of filing of the crown of the front and rear forks, 700*28 will fit with a thin mudguard!!!

I have 700*28 Schwalbe Ultremos in my Silvio V1.0 which is rated for 700*23, and needed some filing to match the fork top to the tyre profile!
