Usually you get another shed to fill because (n+1 disease)^(n+1) = hoarder

or to put it another way hoarder just means someone who has a very bad case of n+1 disease. It might even be focussed on something other than bicycles!

I have reached the point where I feel the bike fits me really well, and it has been ages since I wanted to change anything. This is fortunate, because some of the junk (jewellery) consists of past iterations of handlebars and brakes and BBs, to which I have not added for some time. Some of the junk is recycled as light-brackets and heel-clips, but those bits are so small that they do not significantly reduce the total amount.

I sometimes wish I was the sort who just buys a standard Trek or something, or even a Cruzbike with whatever bits it comes with.

I do not want to get n+1 shed disease and end up with a collection of old sheds.

I’m at five bents and five df style bikes. Including a fat bike a tandem two trikes etc.
I ride 16 k to 22 k a year so they all get used. Cruzbike more so but lately it’s been pelso and challenge and gto. And fat bike.

I have too many true. I’m spoilt and very lucky.
