You were very gracious in your comments regarding 'my efforts' (Its the last climb and the race is in the hands of Redline and Redline is ready.) Cannonball Greg did the majority of the work, then you, then me...way down the line. Redline was a good name though...my effort graph was mostly red...
I find that as a pilot and former flight instructor, the technique is exactly the same for learning to fly...light touch on the controls, small changes, and RELAX! ;-)
Not sure I can answer your question, but I developed pain in my left hip when riding my S40/V20 on my smart trainer until I added pedal extenders. No more pain since.
Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get the Noxgear 39g external speaker with mic to work with Discord that way I had desired. It may just be that I am not smart enough. I'm trying to figure out how to automatically mute the mic when I am not speaking without having to fiddle with a keyboard...
