Has anyone else had issue with removing the bolt-axle thing that keeps the rear shock in place on the Quest 1.0? It was really hard to get out 2 months ago, and now it is completely stuck. It can rotate but refuses to slide out. Any tips? Elliot

a Quest with a MTB style rear rack and good panniers offers a lot of storage space. 2 large panniers plus space on top of the rack should be enough for light touring. Underseat panniers could be used for for luggage space if needed.

i tried the said modification to the top derailleur and it worked out great! Took five minutes and well worth it.

By the way, many chainrings have a short tooth that acts as the gear-changing tooth. So if the tooth was just short, that might have already been there.
