    Platform for recumbent on rollers

Roller Rumble Strip Idea Someone should engineer adhesive rumble strips that can be placed on the outer edges of the rollers so that the rider gets immediate feedback when he or she is approaching the edge.

    Bullhorn and Dropbar Options

Seat Pins I believe it's a 19mm seatpost binder that you'll need. Campagnolo's version has a knurled end as opposed to the key found on most of them. They're expensive, but what else would you expect from Campagnolo...

Ready to build the ultimate Vendetta racing machine

@ Matej Thanks for the explanation of your experience. I can imagine someone who has mastered the Cruzbike, like Jim Parker, who can ride his Vendetta with his hands behind his head, would have less issue with a narrow bar. Even myself, I recall my first Cruzbike rides left my forearms...

"I would say that these Thank you for your input; I have no experience with using such narrow bars. Larry was looking for a hamster or tiller style handlebar and this was one option that I came across. He is looking to use them for testing purposes, and I have to admit, I'd be willing to try...

    Proof of Upper Body Engagement

Benchmarking Larry, Thanks for your input and the data. The .xls file is just fine and the numbers are very telling. I'm not typically a numbers guy but average power and average speed is very clear to me. Of course, the watts/mph really has my interest. I like the idea of getting more...

    First Silvio road ride

Great job on your first Great job on your first "official" road ride. I remember my first actual ride on my Silvio and every passing car had me white-knuckling the handlebar. Likewise, fast descents were unnerving. But it just takes a little time and before you know it, you'll wonder how you...

"...take the Vendetta I Lief, I'm in the Tri-Cities of the "Everbrown State", but I have my sights on riding STP in July. Maybe afterwards you could give me a formal indoctrination to the Vendetta. I'd definitely take you up on your offer.

    Proof of Upper Body Engagement

"In my first 12 hour race What would you say about differences in your power output and muscle engagement between the two bikes? I'm positive I will get a V in the not-too-distant future. For now, I have a one-of-a-kind Silvio that I have yet to push my limits on. :)

"And now I'm sad to say that I'm kinda sad to read that. Now I need to set my sites on a Vendetta? Just last night, I promised my daughter I'd help her save up for a new cello. I can buy a complete V20 and a backup V20 frameset for the price of said cello. I'll be happy with my Silvio for...
