    Hand fatigue

Sounds like you never did the " palms out " riding drills . If you are not comfortable with that , at least try thumb and one finger " the okay sign" for your anti-death grip drills. IMHO You are fighting the bike , and losing. Try and feel what the bike wants to do. PS: Chin up,, eyes on the...

    THE NEW Q IS COMING

Learning curve varies widely by attitude and method. suggest you treat it as something new {not a bike } , a new toy , and have fun finding out what it does and can do. There are a nice set of drills, designed to help. Riding fast and straight without knowing how to make slow turns is a recipie...

Radical design has bags made to slip over recumbents seat backs. The SOLO CLASSIC WIDE looks good. The Bacchetta Brain box fits poorly. the seat becomes too wide for it to slide all the way down. One solution I used was mentioned by Rick in California. stiff plastic (sprinkler box) is formed to...

    Getting Off the Fence

Not sure what " clear for turns " means. Suggest you try sitting up, and other turning experiments, in some parking lot , It will pay off if you learn methods for slower and tighter turning lines.

    Ouch

mmmmm , not many people practice falling off a bike. maybe a gymnast or martial artist on a DF would tuck n land on their shoulder/back rather than arm/head. common DF injury = front fall ? wrist, collar bone , skull , neck . common recumbent injury = side fall ? wrist, shoulder, (ed72) ribs...

Farther, Faster, Fitter, Fun - (4F - The unofficial Cruzbike training team and support group)

This is the side you would face to have your rear wheel spin in the same direction as a DF. IF , your chainstays clear the drum like assembly, then hopefully the piece on the left will not interfere with the chainstay. If trainer can perform spinning in the opposite direction then , will the...

Spring Time - Learning To Ride Time

With the upright seating on a Silvio V1 , you ought to be able to: 1. sit up for turn 2. lean out ( snowmobile turn)/ or lean bike in off of center while maintaining body position 3. slowly and gently pedal thru the turn. It will allow a much tighter line for your low speed turns.
